Course teaching is by AHA/ACC Level III SCCT Certified practitioners performing more than 500 scans per year. Trainers have
multimodality knowledge of Cardiac MR and Nuclear Cardiac Imaging and have Cardiac CT experience of 16, 64 and 320 slice
imaging.
The course offers lectures and hands-on image interpretation via vitrea workstations of more than 150 cases (as required by
the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography – additional image review will be required).
The course also offers the opportunity to watch live Cardiac CT cases being performed on an Aquilion One CT scanner and
interpreted via a Vitrea FX workstation.

This two day cardiac CTA course provides a step-by-step hands-on radiographic teaching program for performing and a template for how to prepare reporting CT coronary angiography. This course is suitable for Radiographers, Radiologists and Cardiologists.
This course will cover patient selection and preparation, scanning protocols with hands on live scanning; challenges and pitfalls encountered will be covered in depth. Post processing and evaluation of cases both live and prepared will provide a template for reporting CCTA's.
